Account Deletion Request Procedure

Users who have created an account through the application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the dedicated account deletion request page or by email.

To help us process a deletion request securely and accurately, the request should include enough information to identify and verify the account holder, including where applicable:

the full name of the account holder;
the application name, namely BWM Bandung Monitoring;
the username, registered email address, phone number, or other account identifier used in the application;
a clear statement requesting permanent deletion of the account and associated personal data; and
contact details that can be used to verify the requester and confirm completion of the process.

If you submit a deletion request by email, please send it to android@diskominfo.bandung.go.id with the subject "Account Deletion Request - BWM Bandung Monitoring".

After a valid request is received, we may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester before processing deletion. After successful verification, the account will be deleted or permanently deactivated and associated personal data will be removed within a reasonable period and, in general, no later than 14 business days, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights, or security purposes.
