Diskominfo Kota Bandung built the BWM Bandung Operator app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Diskominfo Kota Bandung at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Account Deletion Request Procedure
Users who have created an account through the BWM Bandung Operator Application may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data through our dedicated account deletion page:

The dedicated account deletion page sets out the current request methods and detailed instructions. At the time of this Privacy Policy, a user may request account deletion through the in-application account deletion feature, where available, or by following the instructions on the dedicated account deletion page above.
To help us process a deletion request securely and accurately, the request should include sufficient information to identify and verify the account holder, including where applicable:
- the full name of the account holder;
- the application name, namely BWM Bandung Operator;
- the account identifier, username, phone number, or other registered account details used in the Application;
- the email address or other contact information associated with the account; and
- a clear statement requesting the permanent deletion of the account and related personal data.
If a request is submitted by email, it should be sent to diskominfo@bandung.go.id with a subject line clearly indicating that it is an account deletion request for BWM Bandung Operator and should include the information set out above.
After a valid request is received, we may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester before processing the deletion.
