How to Request Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your account, please send an email to android@diskominfo.bandung.go.id using the subject line Account Deletion Request - Gampil for DPMPTSP Officer or use the button provided below.

In order to assist us in processing your request securely and accurately, please include the following information where applicable:

• your full name;
• the name of the Application, namely Gampil for DPMPTSP Officer;
• your username, registered email address, phone number, or other account identifier used in connection with the Application;
• a clear statement requesting the permanent deletion of the account and associated personal data; and
• contact information that may be used to verify your identity and confirm completion of the process.

Processing Time

Upon receipt of a valid request, we may take reasonable measures to verify the identity of the requester before processing deletion. Following successful verification, the account will be deleted or permanently deactivated and associated personal data will be removed within a reasonable period and, in general, no later than 14 business days.

What Will Be Deleted

Subject to verification and applicable legal obligations, account deletion may include removal of the account profile and the personal data associated with that account, including account-linked preferences, user history, and submitted content stored as part of the Service.

What May Be Retained

Certain limited categories of data may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law or where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights, security, or operational recordkeeping. Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you may also be retained.
