Introduction

PESONA Bdg is provided by Diskominfo Kota Bandung as a public service application and is made available for use on an as is basis.

Log Data

              identify an individual may be retained for service evaluation,
              reporting, and improvement purposes.

Delete Your Personal Data

Subject to applicable law and verification requirements, you may request the deletion of your account and the Personal Data associated with your use of the Application. Where an in-app account deletion feature is available, you may use that functionality directly.

If you are unable to access the Application or prefer to submit a manual request, account deletion and personal data deletion may be requested by email using the procedure below.

Send an email to diskominfo@bandung.go.id.
Use the subject: Permintaan Penghapusan Akun PESONA Bdg.
Include your full name, registered email address, and user ID or phone number, where applicable, to support verification.
State clearly that you are requesting the deletion of your account and the related personal data associated with the PESONA Bdg application.

Verified requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days. Certain categories of information may nevertheless be retained where retention is required or permitted by law, regulation, security obligations, audit requirements, or other lawful grounds.
