Account Deletion Request

If you have created an account in Gampil for DPMPTSP Officer and wish to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, you may do so by using the dedicated public account deletion page below or by contacting us via email. Information Collection and Use

The Application may use third-party services that collect information for the purpose of identifying users or assisting in the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Service. The privacy policies of the third-party providers currently used by the Application are listed below.

• Fabric

Where reasonably possible, only aggregated or anonymized data is shared in order to support improvement of the Application and its related services.

Whenever you use the Service, and in particular in the event of an error in the Application, we may collect data and information through third-party products on your device commonly referred to as log data. Such log data may include your device Internet Protocol address, device name, operating system version, Application configuration at the time of use, the date and time of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic statistics.

This Service does not expressly use cookies. However, the Application may incorporate third-party code and libraries that use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. You may refuse the use of such technologies, although doing so may affect the availability or functionality of certain parts of the Service.

We retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter for purposes including operational continuity, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, and dispute resolution. If you request deletion of your account or personal data, we will delete or permanently de-identify information that is no longer required for these purposes within a reasonable period following verification.

Account Deletion Request Procedure

Users who have created an account through the Application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by using the dedicated public account deletion page or by submitting a request via email.

In order to enable us to process a deletion request securely and accurately, the request should include sufficient information to identify and verify the account holder, including, where applicable:

• the full name of the account holder;
• the name of the Application, namely Gampil for DPMPTSP Officer;
• the username, registered email address, phone number, or other account identifier used in connection with the Application;
• a clear statement requesting the permanent deletion of the account and associated personal data; and
• contact information that may be used to verify the identity of the requester and confirm completion of the process.

Upon receipt of a valid request, we may take reasonable measures to verify the identity of the requester before processing deletion. Following successful verification, the account will be deleted or permanently deactivated and associated personal data will be removed within a reasonable period and, in general, no later than 14 business days, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law or is necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights, or security purposes.

Deletion of an account may result in permanent loss of access to the Application, user history, preferences, submitted content, and other account-linked data. Limited categories of data, such as security logs and records required to be retained by law, may be preserved for a limited period following deletion. Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies an individual user may also be retained.

Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact us so that appropriate action may be taken.

Security

The Service Provider maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect processed and stored information.
